Question by xxx: Has anyone tried “Fast Cash in Foreclosures” by Steve Maletos? Is it any good?
I only want answers if you have tried it or know someone who has. I don’t need the general answers about how internet real estate programs are too good to be true or the like. People really do make money in real estate so I just want to know if this actually teaches you how.

What it teaches you is that in no time at all you’ll have a negative cash flow and you yourself will be filing for bankruptcy.
It supposes that you can immediately turn over the properties that have already been proven VERY difficult to sell.
Very, very unlikely.
